I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been providing counseling services for almost 15 years. I moved to Washington four years ago and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my three boys. I am passionate about utilizing this practice to serve adolescents and adults who are hurting and healing. My sessions typically consist of exploring how the client's thoughts, emotions and behaviors can be positively affected through identifying one's purpose and a willingness to change. You will be provided with a non-judgmental, hospitable environment where we can build a therapeutic relationship based on honesty and trust. I challenge my clients to participate in the session through disclosure, discussion and life application.

Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Payment will be due at the beginning of each session. Resource Counseling accepts some insurances, but does not file for reimbursement from other health insurance companies. However, upon request an invoice, or "Superbill", can be provided to the client at the end of each month in which counseling services were rendered. The client would then be responsible for filing the claim with their insurance for reimbursement. It is important that you check with your insurance company beforehand to ensure that they allow for Superbills.
In Network Insurances include Kaiser, Cigna, Aetna, Regence and United. Copays and Deductibles may apply.

"I visited Wes for about 10 sessions of cbt, and feel a lot of gratitude for the help he gave me. He is strongly rooted in faith which makes him sharply attentive and compassionate. Wes relentlessly searched for ways to shine a beautiful light of truth on what I shared with him, to move me forward in my life. It would be hard to overstate the value of this at a time in my life when I needed to let go of certain things. His training and experience made him knowledgeable about how to create a space where speaking and listening can be free and clear. His character and values make him a trustworthy counselor."

"As I got to know Wes, it became clear to me that he has a genuine passion for helping people and seeing them improve beyond counseling! He's very easy to talk to and he's empathetic towards whatever you're going though. His extensive experience allows him to provide support regardless of a person's circumstances or situation, and it shows as he works with clients to address them. I can't recommend him enough if you're looking for someone to reach out to!
